When you visit our website, we collect your contact personal information, unique identifiers, preference information, publicly available personal information and information relating to your use of our website. Orbit Healthcare, Inc., including its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Orbit”, “we”, “our”), values the trust that you place in us to appropriately use and protect your information. This Privacy Policy describes how Orbit collects and uses personal information about you when you visit http://www.orbithc.com, http://www.orbitdx.com, http://www.orbitvault.com, http://www.practicesquire.com including the subdomains (“Orbit Website”). By using this Orbit Website, you accept the privacy practices contained in this Privacy Policy.

Orbit Website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

6. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).

As a key provider of services and technology to the healthcare industry, Orbit has implemented programs to address the privacy and security HIPAA requirements. Under HIPAA, each covered entity (healthcare provider, health plan or healthcare clearinghouse) is required to provide or make available to you a Policy of Privacy Practices, depending on your interaction with the covered entity. The Policy of Privacy Practices is not related to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

7. Protection of Your Information.

We use reasonable and appropriate physical, technical and administrative industry safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, use, loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration. Notwithstanding our security safeguards, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security in all circumstances.

8. Seals, Buttons and Content from Other Companies.

Orbit Website may include seals, buttons and content links to other websites (for example, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+). When you use a link to go from www. Orbithc.com to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect and we are not responsible for the use or protection of your personal information by such third parties. 9. Safe Harbor.

As it relates to activities requiring the processing of European Union (E.U.) personal data, Orbit complies with the U.S. – E.U. Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from the European Union member countries.

This Privacy Policy may be periodically updated, with or without notice. We will not apply changes to this Privacy Policy retroactively to personal information we have previously collected. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy each time you visit the website.
